Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will not be joining the royal family for Christmas this year, as they reportedly did not receive an invitation.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have not celebrated Christmas at the Sandringham Estate since 2018, two years before they left the royal family and relocated to America. King Charles and the rest of the royal family traditionally travel to Norfolk every Christmas, attending the annual Christmas Day service in the morning and enjoying a communal Christmas meal later in the day. However, it’s believed Harry and Meghan were not included in the guest list for this year’s holiday festivities.
The reports come amid rumors Charles is not answering Harry’s calls. A source claimed, “He gets ‘unavailable right now’. His calls go unanswered.”

Speaking to People Magazine, the source added, “He has tried to reach out about the King’s health, but those calls go unanswered too.” The Duke of Sussex has been somewhat distant from his family since stepping down as a senior working royal, but many fans were hopeful for a reconciliation this year, particularly following the cancer diagnoses of King Charles and Kate Middleton.
